The Smart Card

A reusable, branded card placed visibly at the point of interaction (rooms, tables, counters). It contains a contactless NFC chip and a scannable QR code for universal, one-tap access.

Seamless Access

The customer simply taps their phone or scans the QR code. For standard content, there are no apps to download, no passwords to enter, and the unique digital profile opens instantly in their browser, displaying the most current, up-to-date information. For sensitive data (like staff manuals or paid event content), you have the strategic option to activate a Password Protected page to ensure access is strictly limited to authorised personnel.

PWA Standard Feature

The profile is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), meaning customers can save your branded icon to their home screen for one-tap, continuous access. This also enables Offline Capability, ensuring critical information remains accessible even with patchy signal.
